Dr. Okhiria's day is mostly wisdom teeth and dental implants, with extractions, bone grafting, biopsies and sedation around them.
Cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals and braces belong to your general dentist and orthodontist. We don't do TMJ surgery, and facial injuries go to a hospital emergency room.

Single teeth, full arches and the bone work that makes them last, planned on a 3D scan and placed by a board-certified oral surgeon.
Wisdom Teeth and Extractions

Sedation and Anesthesia
IV sedation, laughing gas, oral sedation and local anesthesia, with Dr. Okhiria helping you find the best fit for your health and your procedure.
Oral Pathology and Biopsies
It's natural to wait on a sore that won't go away. Once it has lingered for two to three weeks, Dr. Okhiria takes a careful look, does a biopsy if it needs one, and walks you through the answer herself.
Urgent Surgical Care
Infected wisdom teeth, broken teeth that can't be saved, and swelling from a dental infection. Facial injuries go to an emergency room.
Custom Guards and Flippers
Night guards, sports guards and one-tooth flippers, made from a scan of your teeth on our own 3D printer in Buckhead.
